Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Baby vs Pitbulls (the "Game") collects, why, and who else handles it. The Game is operated by Whatitis Media ("we", "us"), Houston, Texas, United States. Short version: no account, no sign-in, we never sell your information, and ads only appear when you choose to watch one.
- No account, email or real name needed to play.
- Your save is backed up under a random ID so you can restore it.
- Optional video ads are served by Google AdMob, only when you tap to watch one.
- Purchases go through Apple or Google. We never see your card.
- Delete everything any time: Settings in the Game, or email us.
What we collect
- Your save. Your progress (chapters, gear, cats, currencies and the name you give your baby) is stored on your device and backed up to our server under a random player ID and a private recovery key, so you can restore it on a new phone. The ID is random and is not linked to your name, email or device.
- Leaderboard scores. When you finish a run, your baby's name, your score and your random player ID go to the public leaderboard. Other players can see the name and score. Please don't use your real name.
- Purchase records. When you buy gems or the Council Pass, Apple or Google processes the payment. RevenueCat (our purchase service) receives a receipt with the product, price, date and an anonymous app user ID so it can confirm and restore what you bought.
- Ad data. If you choose to watch a video for a reward, Google AdMob loads the ad. AdMob may collect your IP address, device and app information, and how you interacted with the ad, and uses it to deliver the ad, measure it and prevent fraud. The Game does not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps, so on iPhone AdMob does not receive your advertising identifier.
- Crash and diagnostic data that Apple or Google share with developers if you have allowed it in your device settings.
- Emails you send us. If you join the beta list or email support, we keep your address to reply and to send build invites.
We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location, microphone or camera data, or browsing history.
Ads and your choices
Ads in the Game are optional: they only play when you tap a "watch a video" button, and Council Pass members get those rewards without watching. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, and anywhere else the law requires it, the Game shows Google's consent form before any ad loads. You can change your answer any time in Settings > Ad privacy choices. Subscriptions
The Council Pass is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. Billing, renewal and cancellation are handled by Apple or Google under your store account. See our Terms of Use for the details.
Who processes it
- Netlify (United States): hosts the save backup, the leaderboard and this website.
- Google AdMob: serves the optional video ads. Google Privacy Policy.
- RevenueCat: validates and restores purchases. RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
- Apple and Google: app distribution, payments and crash reports.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep your save backup and leaderboard entries until you ask us to delete them. In the Game, open Settings > Delete my data: you can erase the save on your phone right away, and copy your recovery code. Email that code to support@babyvspitbulls.com and we delete the backup and leaderboard entries tied to it within 30 days. Purchase records are kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat as the law requires. Support emails are kept for up to 24 months.
Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example Texas, California, the EU or the UK), you can ask to see, correct, delete or take a copy of your data, object to or limit how it is used, withdraw consent, and complain to your data protection authority. Email support@babyvspitbulls.com and we will reply within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Security
Data travels over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and we keep what we collect to a minimum.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and note the change in the Game.
