Terms of Use
Last updated: 12 October 2026
These terms are between you and Whatitis Media, Houston, Texas ("we"), the operator of Baby vs Pitbulls (the "Game"). By playing, you agree to them.
1. Playing the Game
We give you a personal, non-transferable license to play the Game on your own devices. Don't cheat, exploit bugs, reverse engineer the Game, or interfere with other players or our servers.
2. Your name and the leaderboard
The name you give your baby can appear on public leaderboards. Keep it clean. We may rename or remove anything offensive and reset scores we believe were cheated.
3. Virtual items
Gems, gold, tuna, gear, cats and other in-game items have no real-world value. They can't be sold, traded or cashed out, and they are licensed to you, not owned. We may rebalance them as the Game changes.
4. Purchases
Purchases are made through Apple or Google and follow their terms. Refunds go through the store. Odds for random rewards (crates and cat pulls) are shown in the Game before you spend anything.
4a. Council Pass subscription
- The Council Pass is an auto-renewing subscription with a one-month term. The price is shown in the Game before you subscribe and is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm.
- It renews automatically at the same price each month unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel any time in your device settings: on iPhone, Settings > your name > Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play > Payments & subscriptions. Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep the Pass until the current period ends.
- While active, the Pass gives 100 gems when you subscribe, 30 gems each day you claim them, a doubled Daily Gift, and rewards without watching videos. Unclaimed daily gems do not carry over.
- Restore a subscription on a new device with Settings > Restore purchases in the Game.
- For Apple purchases, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
5. Changes and availability
We update the Game often and may add, change or remove features. We can't promise the Game will always be available or free of errors.
6. No warranty; limit of liability
The Game is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Ending things
You can stop playing at any time. We may suspend players who break these terms.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
